Does one great city always have great history as well? The four-thousand-year-old "Huilai Historic Site" has fallen into deep sleep underground for many years. After suddenly being woken, what kind of future will this ancient culture's new face bring for Taichung? If we see Taichung from below, what will it look like? This film is trying to view the development of a city through Huilai Historic Site.
