TSENG Wen-chen is a director who makes documentaries as well as features. She won Best Documentary for Spring: The Story of Hsu Chin-Yu at the 2002 Golden Horse Awards, and the film was also invited to the Busan International Film Festival. She has spent years documenting the stories of the disadvantaged groups and is currently making a documentary about migrant workers. Her previous films include Fishing Luck (2005), Spring: The Story of Hsu Chin-Yu (2002), What Makes Love Last (2015), Love before Sunset (2019), and The Lucky Woman (2020).
