Taiwan Docs

A tiny island on the outskirt of the Taiwan Strait floats in the middle of the ocean and was given the name "Liu-Chiu" which means Floating Ball. Surrounding this tiny island are more floating balls, they are the "hotels-on-the-sea" where Chinese fishermen stay. The three segments in this film depict the fate, the humanity and the destiny of these floating balls.
